Note that hacienda casa el molino - the venue for the main event, can be tricky to find on google maps due to other places with similar names. Please make sure to select the one at the same address as above.
How to get to Querétaro:
Option A | Fly to Mexico City (MEX) and take bus to Queretaro.
This is what we do and we recommend is to fly directly to Mexico City (CDMX).
Then get a bus from the airport all the way to the bus station of Querétaro (Central de autobuses Querétaro). The bus is comfortable, affordable, safe and with scheduled rides 24/7, the duration of the ride is around 2hrs50.
Traffic can be crazy in CDMX, so just plan with time.

There are many cheap ride sharing applications in Querétaro, but if you wish to rent a car we do not advise to rent the car in Mexico city, as driving in CDMX can be overwhelming. Instead rent the car directly in Querétaro.

In PrimeraPlus website, you can select a bus from CDMX airport to Querétaro.
You can also buy the tickets easily at the airport. Buses tend to run at least every hour.
If buying online, make sure to select the right terminal based on where your plane lands. Worst comes to worst both terminals connect and there are people that can assist you at the desk too.
Option B | Fly directly to Querétaro airport (QRO).
Querétaro has a small airport. If you find a convenient flight, this could work well for you! That being said, it is often hard to find a direct flight to Querétaro's airport, so before booking make sure to look at the total duration of the trip. We often find that the first option comes out to be faster and easier for us.

ATTENTION: At the beginning of August, we found out that a large tournament will be happening in Querétaro the same weekend as our wedding, which has limited some hotel options. Therefore, we urge you to figure out accommodations ASAP!

If you are finding your own accommodations
We recommend staying downtown. It is a walkable, and vibrant neighborhood. However, parking & traffic can be quite difficult. Therefore we do not recommend this neighborhood for those of you with cars. There are many affordable ride sharing applications in Querétaro, so transportation should not be an issue. There are plenty of Airbnbs and other hotels in the area.
Downtown is about 40 minutes from the venue.
If you want to be half way to the venue, avoid downtown traffic and secure parking, you can book accommodations anywhere outside of downtown.
